The AME Group’s third location opened in Indy on January 2, 1988. The energy was high and we were growing rapidly. Our first clients were large – a bank, a printing company, a university and several local government agencies.
This growth spurred 6 other locations across central Indiana. Vance Olson spent his career building relationships and providing superior account management to central Indiana businesses. Josh Dick is learning from the best and bringing new connections and carrying forward the quality client service that is The AME Group’s foundation.

For 6 months, Vance was the only employee when The AME Group started in 1985. He proposed services to potential clients during the day, and repaired failed equipment in the evening. Two years later, he opened a new location in Evansville where he worked 2 days a week. The next year, he moved to Indy, where he expanded his professional career as well as the company. Vance continues to take care of clients, bring on new accounts, build partnerships and serve as chairman of the board.
